What did psychosis teach u

The content if it?

I think the ultimate lesson was that social loneliness is infinitely times better than torture.

My point is that if u put everything into context like that, one can still be content even if one has no friends

What POSITIVE thing did you learn from your psychotic experiences?

I learned that you can be suffering quite horribly and still be shunned, nobody gives a toss if you are even visibly unwell. But that must be the underbelly of human condition, brutal honesty regarding life in general.

Yea that is so true!

But u know? I think i can recover from my internal suffering of psychosis to a good degree. Idk.., but i believe it. Even if i remain on ap my whole life. I do really believe this.

So then as long as i can enjoy my own company i can be content for others and my lone self. Ofcourse the ideal is that i have friends too. But that is something idk.

The good thing is! That if i am happy in myself i can b happy 4 others frndships even if i dont hav any cozzz i hass meee as a friend to mee plus my future guinea pig

Yes i do wish for friendship but i cannot force it, ever.

I believe in eternity thou idk it.., so that gives me an eternal time frame to find a friend

Yes, i might still never make a friend

However, it allows the idea of hope to remain. Even if the fact which is unknown is that maybe im eternally alone

Well, psychosis did really reveal that human experience can have deep internalized anguish, pain to the max, yet still you can be all but invisible. People just flock to those who are well off and somehow thriving, it just is basic human nature. And it is quite okay actually, I get it and what the fundamental facts probable are anyway. How this human existance is conducted and how things fall in their place and all that.

Its really tragic the human experience cos idk if ppl who dont thrive due to circumnstances ever get to thrive too. Seems kind of f uking brutal phenonenom

I dont know if psychosis taught me anything except maybe what schizophrenia can be like, but I havent experienced the whole of schizophrenia. Maybe I learned the difference between actuality and reality. I guess i learned that the way your brain works dictates a great deal of how your life goes. The importance of oneself and how others can alienate one from oneself. Not to drink alcohol or smoke weed. Coffee and tea too now.
