I don’t like myself …
Everyone has insecurities at one time or another about that. Our appearances are in the interactionist domain of things, they are not something like personal belief or self-concept that can be completely independent of others. Because our appearances are on the surface and are involved with our interactions with others they can immediately be totally judged and scrutinized. We can attribute or falsely attribute much of our relations with others to our appearances.
How to deal with it? Accept yourself completely for who you are. Understand that perceptions of attractiveness are subjective, and that experience of it completely exists in the mind and nowhere else. Accept yourself completely for how you are, and don’t let other’s opinions negatively influence your self-concept. Even if someone’s opinion is not negative, such as if I say you look handsome, take the compliment, but at the same time don’t give my opinion more credence than its worth.
You look good @Farcry0
You have nice eyes.
