sometimes that happens to me also, usually because i am zonked from experiences of stigma and prejudice.

You jog? That is something to accomplish. I tried to jog early in the morning but was out of breath. At least you have the motivation to do this. I need more motivation to clean, like my desk which is often disorderly and my bathroom.

I jog very small but its enough for.muscles

mayeb self care can help. exercise needs to be balanced with self care. if you work out you need to also recover, as in have enough protein, take care of your body and strech, massage, hygiene etc.
