I would immerse yourself in things you love. Look at artists and listen to musicians and watch films that are deep
I use about 15 different books with exercises.
Maybe you could listen to Positive affirmations on YouTube on a regular basis
It’s good to write several things you’re grateful every day too
I used to have a paper on my fridge that said “I choose to be happy “. It reminded me that I have a choice what I let my mind dwell on. I can choose to focus or the positive rather than the negative. I choose to see what’s good whenever possible.
I have a roof over my head, I have family, I have food…. These are all things in my life to be grateful for.
I have plenty of bad in my life, but I choose to not dwell on it or ruminate like I used to do. When I was ruminating on my problems, I was miserable and suicidal for decades. No more! I choose to focus on good things now.
