Are partial dentures good?

I’m thinking about getting partial dentures because all my molars are out on my lower right side. I researched them on ChatGPT and apparently there’s three main kinds, a "flipper’ which is acrylic and the cheapest, flexible metal which are the next best and cast metal partials which are the best and most expensive. The cheapest ones are the acrylic but they don’t sound good, they’re the bulkiest i.e. the ones you’ll feel the most in your mouth and they’re flimsy compared to the other ones. I think I’ll get the next best the flexible metal dentures, they run about $900-$1500 and are sturdier then acrylic. Who here has partial denture and what kind do you have, how much did they cost and do they work good, like normal teeth?

dentures suck which is why i went for two dental implants instead.

People would often rather be toothless than wear dentures they are so bad!

i hated my partial implants when i had them. I had to take them out everytime i ate.

Grimy, yucky and really uncomfortable!

I know implants are expensive but a small price to pay when it comes to the mouth. The mouth is a feeling, tasting and extremely sensitive and when you get a huge lump of plastic filling the roof of your mouth you are going to notice it 24/7.

Trust me a dental implant is the way forward. Go to Mexico and get it done for a fraction of the price…

Don’t you get so used to them so you barely notice them in your mouth?

My mom’s full top denture cost $1500
