I calorie count. But I kind of fell off the wagon. I’ll restart it now.
It’s 5:15pm and I’m done with calories for the day. Gotta push through to bedtime.
I did ok yesterday and completely failed today.

You can usually find the restaurants calories info on the internet.

idk if i will looose weight; i am eating healthy but at like 2000 calories or even a bit over. walking 1 hour most days though if not every day

you can also use an ai calorie guessing app… it probably wont be exact especially considering at restaurants they tend to use more oil and stuff than youd typically use at home but it will get you a ballpark estimate

You got this brother! Honestly one tip I learned recently was to fill up on vegetables as much as possible. I see it like working out.. like the same pain you feel when lifting weights… I try to just endure eating plain ass vegetables like a workout lol but a diet workout to get control of my appetite for nice food. Anyways that’s my two cents. Best of luck !
