Thats smart of you. I like spinach and broccoli, don’t venture out to other veggies much. Maybe Ill do that

True dude, frozen mixed veggies help. That way i don’t have to cut up a bunch of veggies etc. to be honest tho I’ve fallen off the diet wagon as well. Need to get back to it as well.

Calorie counting might be the sure fire way, but sometimes too tedious and eating low calorie food seems boring.

I do Keto/lo carb so for me I use carb manager app and it’s pretty good. You can dial stuff in with weight of your food if cooking and combine that or scan the barcodes….not sure if that works overseas. Either way I found I can exist with decent exercise at like 1400 calories or so but my macros are key……more fat that protein and carbs combined and less than 50 gram carbs a day……….Like it’s dumb but it works!
