Any tips for not eating until tomorrow

I’ve had all today’s calories. It’s 3pm. Maybe I should have a ton of water to keep full?

Water helps tremendously

If you have any frozen veg you can eat a bowl if youre hungry

exactly what i was gonna say. veggies are the way. they have zero calories virtually and will keep you full

I have 150 calories left. Maybe I’ll have some spinach

you could have a big ass salad and even if you have low calorie dressing you could probably add a tablespoon of that and still be ok or even better use yogurt as dressing. i personally dont even count vegetables cause theyre so low calorie and i woudlnt want to dissuade myself from having them cause their benefit far outweights the extra maybe 50 calories it adds… wwill keep you full even into tomorrow. so i consider most veggies as nothing

I have a Caesar salad from trader joes. It’s 420 calories.

nice man! your choice obviously but literally all the calories are in the dressing. if you traded the dressing for yogurt, or used just half the packet and mixed the rest with water and salt and pepper and such maybe add some lemon then you could probbaly knock it back to 200 calories… just an idea

Decaff coffee maybe? Without milk.

Conclusions: Our randomized human trial showed that decaffeinated coffee can acutely decrease hunger and increase the satiety hormone PYY.

I gave my decaf coffee to my sister because I wasn’t using it :sob:

That might be a good thing. See if you can get decaffeinated espresso. The “stronger” the better I’ve found. Ordinary decaf wasn’t as good as that.

You can put milk in, but it has calories, so you’d have to count them. Decaff coffee on it’s own has no calories.

They say that evenly distributing your caloric intake over a set period is good to do as you are less hungry at any given time. I eat six small meals instead of three large ones. But that’s just my take. I also have complicated digestion issues.
