I like Waterloo sparkling water, tropical fruit flavor. I like crystal light too the single packs are 5 calories each.. better goods coconut lime sparkling water. I drink diet coke…coke zero I find too sweet. there’s always sun tea if you have the pitcher to put out in the afternoon…with splenda it would be good too.

Crystal Light is cheaper. Or you could drink both; drink Coke Zero sometimes and drink Crystal Light sometimes.

I’m avoiding artificial sweeteners now. I let myself have a vernors zero sugar on the weekend, but otherwise I’m drinking water and herbal tea. I’m considering putting fruit in my water for flavor but I haven’t done it yet

Water.

The best option is mas by Messi

You can order it online. Go to his website

It’s on Amazon also

A big can is only 10 calories and it tastes like Gatorade. It’s great

The thing about Mas is that it’s hypotonic

The neat thing about recipes is you can modify them to achieve the same thing, but cheaper.
