Canary Wharf! and other musings

so…

I have joined an outside swimming pool in central London , it is surrounded by beautiful modern office architecture.

I am gonna go every weekday from monday to friday.

I need to loose weight and shape up.

So cool that it is chlorine and UV free! it is literally sea water and is even call Sea Lanes.

I am doing a 2 week banana fast in order to kick start the weight loss before I go there in 2 weeks time.

I also decided I will work part time for 1 year in a supermarket during the nights when there re NO customers

Then I will use the rest of that year to study and become a science teaching assistant with view to do science teacher training

KS3,4 and 5 (ages 11 to 18)

fuk that nutritionist idea  cos i am tired of doing things that do not make an impact that is substantial.

Looking to move in with my boyfriend once I start the full time job

We want to have a family together but I am still undecided about IVF or natural conception.

What is your life plan?

thanks zoe  your a really smart gal, and i know you have a ton of nutrition knowledge. I think meal preps are good way to put it into practice and take control of ones diet. I personally have 4 categories and but tupperware with 3/4 little compartments… in each compartments i put meat/alternatives, veggies, carbs, and fruit.

That way u wont be as tempted to binge eat.

yes maam haha i havent been sticking to it 100% but i do recognise intellectually that that is one of the best ways to manage a good diet. All the fitness people who are really lean do it… it helps to say the least

I make a pot of all my ingredients chucked in there lol. I steam the veggies, boil the rice and lentils then mix it all together to last me 4 the day :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:
