So I have had a new psychiatrist for most of 2025. Before that from 2023 on I was getting refills of ap from a nurse practitioner. She would give me 6months refills so i only needed to see her twice a year. This new p doc has been giving me 2 refills at a time for the last 8 months. I think its to watch when i get the refill to see if im reliably taking the meds. It makes me angry having to call for the refill every two months.

Yea I’m in a similar situation. I don’t have a pdoc I just get refills from my go who refuses to change my meds without sending me to a pdoc. I don’t want to be out on community treatment orders etc so I’m avoiding getting one.

Cto is dreaded. I had to get pdoc to access disability again. Im taking the meds, but my bloodwork came back perfect couple months ago and my weight is down so i think she suspects im not taking it. Reason is im eating plant based, no snacks and walking three times daily.

Oh wow I hope they leave you alone about it. Ctos are the worst… literally have like PTSD from it. They arrested me for not taking meds so many times when I was actually doing well. Wth

Ye they are doing major crackdown on sz now i think because of some high profile murders involving sz symptoms. Twenty years ago when i was diagnosed they dgaf really and just let me walk away no meds. Now they try to get you to sign your rights away to outreach team or hit you with cto
