Exercise and reducing positive symptoms?

Do you guys find that lots of exercise over the week reduces positives? If so; which positives? Voices? Delusions? Paranoia? Hallucinations?

Exercise must have a neuroprotective effect. It lifts mood, regulates hormones, appetite, and sleep.

I find voices more bearable when I lift at least 2-3 times a week…

Yes i beleive it can. But the biggest and most undeniable benefit for sz/sza would be on the negative symptoms like you said.
The worst thing you can do once diagnosed with a mental disorder is to resign from life and just accept endless sickness.
I think the same thing about smoking cigarettes. So many people said to me theres no point in me eating healthy and exercising and getting out there etc if i smoke becuase im just gunna get sick and die. Dumbest thing ive ever heard in my opinion.
Its a million times better to smoke and exercise/eat well, then to smoke and just sit on the couch waiting to die.

A bit convoluted but hope some of that made sense.
I dont smoke now but i like that analogy.
