Try changing your diet to a Mediterranean diet, try keeping yourself engaged with anything and try taking supplements such as L-theanine, Omega-3 oils with high EPA content and drink green tea during the morning and afternoon.
Keto/lo carb is the only thing to touch them but bed it in. You do 6 months on meds because it takes a while….Exercise is great because keto you burn fat and it’s so good. Not for everyone perhaps but it’s the only thing after 20 years to bite into negatives for me and have me back to a more normal level of function!
