I’ve waited among time for this. I live in a village in the countryside and been on dinosoar internet for ages. So yeah I’m pretty excited about trying this internet out.
Plus one of my neighbours referred me to this internet provider so we both get £50 cash back which is a sweet deal.

It will make a massive difference 
I keep getting messages on my phone from my provider that say something like “In preparation for multi-gig speeds, your internet may go out for an hour soon.”, so mine is working on upgrades locally as well.
I had 1.5gbps but downgraded to 1gbps, even that is overkill. A 4K stream is 25mbps. I will switch to another provider and get 500mbps to save money as my current provider keep increasing their prices every year. They offer 8gbps down 8gbps up which is ridiculous, no wifi exists that provide this speed. Even for 1.5gbps you need Wifi 7 6Ghz and a 320hz channel which is crazy expensive
