That book is really good. Although it had parts only pertaining to the US and I’m from SA it was still helpful in understanding the scale of sz and description of the symptoms, some of which I have but never realised was really the sz/sza. It was well written, worth the money. ![]()

Fuller Torrey is the author. He’s a psychiatrist. It’s a self help guide

It’s a good read for all but it’s hard over time…Like it’s a good sort of downer about the realities of sz and there’s some issues with it as it really was written not by a consumer but a normie who had practical experience…so maybe not so good for the average consumer.
