I am not the same person I was years ago when I was left untreated and addicted to drugs

It does feel like a cloud following me around everywhere I go
Think I need to move somewhere else as I never know who people are these days and it fuels my paranoia

I bring up moving with my parents as we are quite close
But they won’t move now
