Similar issues. You can’t change who you were, but you can do positive things for others as you go forward. Re-balance the scales.

You were under the influence and addicted so I think it means something. I wouldn’t beat yourself up

ive never had a drug addiction but ive tanked my funds from various reasons before, good thing is theres always now and the future to reflect and make better decisions
