I’ve decided the remaining weed I’ve got is just gonna be used for an emergency when I have severe insomnia. It can knock me out if I was to smoke 0.4g and go to sleep.
The weed will lose it’s potency over time. It’s already 11 months old.
I gave up tobacco 3 weeks ago.
Vaping I want to give up, but I might just vape for 5 mins in the morning and evening only as a treat.
I really want to focus on fitness, and improve my physique and get a girlfriend and social life.
Also want to knuckle down on music production and earn a living from it. I’m getting my studio desk assembled and then I’m gonna make professional content for Youtube and Instagram. Probably one or two videos a week.
I watched a reel about a psychiatrist who scanned brains and could see how cannabis and alcohol destroyed brain matter.
He showed brain scans to the keyboard player in ‘Yes’ of his brain, who used to consume two bottles of wine per night. After seeing the brain scan he gave up the booze.
The psych says the same about cannabis.
I was a pothead in my twenties and obviously did some damage to my brain as well so can’t really talk but it is never too late to go without and give your brain a chance.
My throat itches a bit from the bong smoke. Man my lungs must be damaged by now from all the tobacco too. I can breathe just fine, with no smokers cough. Used to smoke like 8-12 a day.
What’s your thoughts on microdosing shrooms? Psiloicybin cubensis causes neurogenesis. And can delete trauma pathways from the brain if consumed in a safe space.
Well done, be proud of yourself. Try to only use chemical substances like medication under supervision, neurogenesis is possible just by exploring different walking paths for example!
Good for you. It’s not some magical medicine like many people treat it as. It has some benefits sure but it’s still a drug with side effects. I wish you the best!
