Good though i think that your Father passed away peacefully in his sleep.
May you have a good support Network.
Maybe once you feel well enough you can plan something to look forward to such as a Holiday.
Even if its to nearby town and a cozy motel with pool or so or if it be overseas.
Can you afford to pay for a cleaner once a month and buy home made meals home delivered or micromeals and occasional take awsy or maybe a loved one will hrlp you out for free.
Journaling .
Therapy.
Mindfulness and self care.
Exercise.
Support network.
Medication.
Are some things i heard help as Coping Strategies.
Water can be so healing too.
Do or did you Swim regularely?
