I call em schizzy days where nothing goes right everything goes wrong.. my dad had a heart attack hes only 60 never smoked very very rarely drank.. if I lose him idk wut to do.. I was very close to both parents. Ones gone 14 years this July cant lose another one im only 38. Plus I feel like people in room beside me are like listening to me and can hear ppl above me walking around and nobody lives upstairs or beside me atm. When I listen to music its like I can hear stuff and I take headphones off and I hear nothing..its trippy cause half the time I shower it sounds like somebody’s trying to get into my appt I hate showering becuz of it
