Still has insomnia barely sleeps but trys to sleep. Med doesnt seem to do much?

Hubby he hasnt slept in about 26 hrs
But this has been 3 an half weeks of barely sleeping. Think he’s had 2 nights of proper sleep thats it
It’s only supposed to be used really short term. It’s a benzo.

Before that he had a week of zolpiderm

I dont know what to do with him an its my fault i caused it when i kept him up late cos i was suicidal ugh 3 nights in a row

I’m so sorry…have you tried the non addictive trazadone for sleep?
I took it a few years ago I called it tamazaSCAM it didnt calm me it didnt even make me tired
Im not a doctor but melatonin works alot better
Yes melatonin has helped me sleep more than benzos
