Yea i took a diazapam and rang hotline
I feel blah tonight, slept 12 hrs today, awake all night now for another 24-30 hrs

Whens next pdoc appointment? I probably have to go to hospital seeing as i tried to put my head throughva door.

My pdoc said it’s common for schz’s to have sleeping problems. Daytime sleepiness from meds, negative symptoms sleepiness, voices at night. I’m wide awake and it’s going on midnight. I took an hour nap today. I better not be up all night. I feel bad for you @Ducky no sleep at night sucks unless you’re a night owl or work 3rd shift somewhere.

I wish i could go to hospital with you and support you in your crisis. Get yourself seen & heard, it sounds like your having a crisis tonight. Its a benzo a diazapam. Take care of yourself Rox @roxanna

Yes @2Waynez thanks for replying. My sleep is 12 hrs, hubby wakes me. Then im awake 24+ hrs , this is the latest pattern with me its not good ugh but ive tried everything to fix it now and nothing worked. I will just have to play music and chill here. My low mood is going im ok.
