I’ve had both back surgery and abdominal surgery while on various APs…it did not affect the surgery in any way. The only thing that was different was when I had to stop all benzos when I had ECT cuz they increase the seizure threshold.

If you call ECT an operation, then yes. Multiple times.

I’ve had quite a few operations since being on APs. It’s never been a problem

Same as the others no complications and ive had five surgeries since being on antipsychotics. Get your post surgery meds figured out before your operation. When I was on caplyta I couldn’t have a couple of the meds the dr prescribed me. We were scrambling after my surgery to figure it out.
