Going to go all out on a running program as soon as weather gets better probably in two or three weeks

I bought almost a kilo of mints. Dropped them on the way home. Ran like the wind to get those mints. Then I was like damn kids got legs again. I’m going to try and max out this summer. Biggest problem is recovering enough to run again after the last run… getting old af

Great job @Schizbro! I just want to be able to take long walks. I’m not going to try running since I still have one bad knee that needs replacing. Heck, I don’t even know if I am allowed to run!
Running gives me backpain, even walks over 30min.
You said before you have degree kinesiology, do you have any idea what is the cause?
its been a long time I forgot everything lol its been over 15 years I did not do the injury treatment labs as you need masters, only did the bsc. I forgot but I think you need the masters to practice, did not have the grades for the masters.
