How often do you brush your teeth?

I try to brush atleast once daily

I never floss feels like it takes more effort but I should. They floss and clean my teeth at the dentist once or twice a year, I need to take an apt soon.

I brush my teeth daily and shower when I feel the need for it, like two, three times a week.

I shower once or twice a day and bursh my teeth twice a day morning and night. Sometimes I skip it at night if im too tired. Thats one strength I have. Despite being lazy in many areas of my life, ive always been super hygienic. I have to be. I sweat like mad at the drop of a hat. Especially in the climate I live in here.

Brush my teeth after my coffee when I wake up. Floss at bedtime then Brush my teeth.. I shower 3 to 4 times a week. Im usually home most days so I dont need to shower everyday

I’m a bit rigid , because I shower once everyday and brush my teeth twice a day. It’s like my daily routine.

I’ve terrible teeth as I sucked my thumb till I was 7 ( anxiety who knows ) and couldn’t afford bracers but getting an electric toothbrush has prevented me from going to the dentist for years…

It’s nuts but they work amazing if you use them properly and that is a once a day no floss guy.
