Everyone has the same ultimate bully. It keeps us making certain kinds of decisions and living a certain kind of way. Sometimes I guess we wont be bullied and throw caution to the wind and take all sorts of risks. Take care of yourself man. Slim down, try to work with your doc on med reduction, eat right, exercise, reduce stress, stop ruminating. Enjoy your time under the sun. It doesnt guarantee anything but its the only way to fight the bully. Its a probabilistic strategy, puts the odds in your favor rather than the bully’s.
