The only thing you can do is replace it with something you like the same, or more.
Do you like cordial or say blackcurrant squash for example.

I weaned off caffeine. I’ve been caffeine free for 2 months now I think.
The. I’ll probably ween off tge caffeine. I hate tge feeling of caffeine.
I drink coca cola a lot, probably need to ease off especially after 6 pm
What do you drink caffeine in, soda or coffee? You can wean yourself off it slowly by starting to drink caffeine free Diet Coke or decaffeinated coffee. That way you’re still getting the taste of the drink you like but just minus the caffeine.
I tried not drinking after 6:00 but found I often couldn’t sleep so I stop drinking soda after 4:00 and I sleep great.
I want to cut down or even quit coffee. I think im an idiot for having problems with anxiety while simultaneously drinking multiple coffees every damn day. I just hate being tired during the day. Not sure what alternative to have instead of caffeine. I guess black tea could be good. Since it has L-Theanine in it. Which makes the caffeine in the tea more smooth and less intense. Like a calm energy.
Mostly soda.
You can choose to just have 1 cup/soda a day if you manage to get out of the all or nothing mentality.
