I’m very addicted any tips or guides?
Coffee is something you can cut down on and eventually quit. It’s not like cigarettes.
Use decaffeinated coffee to fill the habit.
Like if you drink 4 cups a day, cut down to 3 cups + 1 decaffeinated, then cut down to 2 cups +2 decaffeinated. Etc.
I tried, but Im drinking it again.

Tried failed then tried again quit for one summer then failed in the fall around October

Are you addicted to coffee or energy drinks? Energy drinks are harder to get off of because they’re also sweet..
I think you’re really struggling with the need for some sort of ritual. I’m sure if you replaced caffeine with something else you would be able to do it.
I don’t have advice though because my ritual is smoking cigarillos and I can’t stop. I don’t know what to do
Combination of both energy drinks, coffee. And soda. Idk I feel like I need something to take the edge off my boredom and feeling low and I can’t drink alcohol anymore

I keep trying to wean off then I end up taking more but I will try again

I drink it for my migraines everyday and it really helps. But for decades I never drank caffeine and it’s great if you can drink less everyday or stop completely.

For me there are a lot of worst thing that caffeine,try to cut it slowly,i mean even if you dont want to cut its OK and not too BAD in my opinion
