I heard sad news today when I took one of my dogs to get her up to date vaccines that she could possibly have a slight heart murmur and enlarged heart and Congestive Heart Failure is the one I am more concerned about she is 15 years old and it doesn’t look good for her we may end up having to put her down plus she is deaf and Blind too not all the way blind but she can’t hear real good the only thing she can use is her nose to smell and that’s it I have to yell at her and sometimes even whistle to get her to come in from going potty. So, it was upsetting to her that maybe in the next couple of months I don’t know what her quality of life will be if we let this play out, I just don’t know. My other dog is just fine just a little chubby that may be an understatement, but I think she is fine the way she is
Sorry to hear that @PsychWard101 .

Nico is not as bad as your beloved dog. My cat is 15 years also. He’s a newly diagnosed diabetic with kidney disease. So we gad to get a diet started with taking insulin. I’ve been crying off and on. I know I’m going to fall apart when he passes. I raised him from a month old. I m so sorry about your baby. Spend some time with your dog. Hugs
thank you @roxanna I have been spending time with her she will be missed when and if we decide to put her down it looks like we might my mom also has congestive heart failure and we don’t want her to suffer with catching her breath she has been having trouble breathing and we thought it was her nose being stuffed up or congestion we didn’t even think it could be CHF but the dr said she may have it.
and Thanks @everyone for their kind wishes.
