Will I outlive my dog - A poll

I am 53 years old. Former smoker with diabetes, overweigtht, not sufficient physicaly activity and schizophrenia.

My dog is almost 10 weeks old(tuesday will be). Labs have an life expectancy of 10 to 12 years with some reaching as high as 15.

Who has the longevity here? Who do you think will still be upright when the dust clears?

Youre in a position where your choices will have a greater impact on that outcome. Walk at least 20 mins a day. Eat veg protein and minimal carbs. Portion control. Sleep regular schedule. Drink only water mostly.

Cats can live for over 14 years!

it’s actually something to think about…we plan on no more dogs after our three rescues die…we will be in our seventies when our latest rescue dies…

My dog will be 6 months on july 2nd.. Hopefully she croakes b4 me or she be starving to death

Man how u quit smoking man… once i went 3 months and started drinking and had a smoke.. its a b1txh to quit. In 2 days it will be 5 months sober.. I totally think its people places and things.. I cut back big time on ciggys I got like 1 month worth of nic patches.. im overweight 255lbs but I walk everyday for like 45 mins now that I got my dog harley.. each day I love her more and more. My dads ex offered 800 for her I said nope.. she gets her last shots on this friday..I spoil her rotten haha
