I hesitate to take language lessons

There’s a French Caribbean Youtuber I follow that does vids and books about the language Creole and French Caribbean culture that will start doing Creole lessons

I understand a bit Creole but I don’t really talk

I would like to be able to talk

I talked with the youtuber and she said I just need 3 months lessons and it would cost 255€ It’s not expensive It’s for a lesson once a week for 3 months

My Godmother said it’s a correct price

I hesitate to take Creole lessons because I save money for working holidays (I saved money for one working holiday for now and I want to do 3 working holidays)

I also want to buy sophrology sessions for a while but I always postpone it to save money (sophrology sessions cost 50€ per session, while Creole lessons cost around 21€ per lesson)

If I start sophrology I would like to have a session once a month all year, while Creole lessons are only for 3 months

I also thought about the fact I don’t improve in Spanish because I postpone learning it (I learn Spanish with an app)

What do you think ?

I think it would be really cool to learn Creole! I would do it. And if you want to practice Spanish just PM me

Thank you for your answer and your help

I think the fact I have been working all day and that I suffer emotionnally a lot doesn’t help for me to be motivated to do other things apart survive

Maybe I’ll be full of energy once my toxic job stops and then will be able to do all the things I was doing before (revising Spanish, working out, reading)

Yeah maybe take things one day at a time

The toxic job finishes this Friday

Creole lessons starts in March

I would have one week to rest in between

I don’t know if that’s long enough to decide

I want to learn to speak Spanish and Korean. Even though I know how to read and speak a little.
