Hi, yes. I remembered your name from the old forum when I approved you here.
Your old account has vanished because this is not the old forum. It’s at a new url and was started as it was announced that the old forum was shutting down last December.
As you can see www.schizophrenia.com and forum.schizophrenia.com are no longer up.
We exist here now at this new forum and the new website at https://schizophreniapeersupport.org/
We have been up since early December last year.
I am previosly Bowens at the old forum.

@SzSupportAdmin Sorry to sidetrack the thread but my question has some relevancy to @Schwann. How was the website able to extract my “avatar/profile picture” without me uploading the image when I re-created my account on the website? Is there a database of old users with avatars that remain archived or dormant until reactivation?

I dont see how thats possible @yinyang . No there is no database of old users related to this site. You must have uploaded your old image and be misremembering or something. Unless Im missing something. This is a completely seperate forum.

@SzSupportAdmin Well, I was in Taiwan when I created the account on the forum. I was like, “oh”. My profile picture & password are still the same. But this was exactly 1-month ago.
Weird.

Again. Dont know what Im missing here, but everyone , besides you apparently, has had to start fresh on this website with new accounts and avatars.
The only explanation for your account existing with your avatar and password here before your arrival that I can see is if someone created the account for you and joined.
