Here is my vlog
I had abilify together with xeplion. Now since 2.5 months I only have xeplion.
I started sleeping 14 hours or more daily. When I try to set an alarm I am very tired. I need to find a solution. Thanks

Do you drink any tea or coffee?
Sometimes caffeine can help, and also setting multiple alarms on your phone to wake up could help as well.
You have a lot of nice natural light in your place as well, so maybe try to use that to your advantage and wake up with the sunrise if possible.
It might take a little bit to kind of “train” your sleep cycle but it’s worth a shot.
Hope this helps a little ![]()
Yeah, I drink 5-8 cups coffee per day with 2-3 energy drinks and sometimes even more
I sleep next to the windows with the sun light, it does not seem to help. Ive set now an alarm for 11 am, so I can ask for the blood test.
Thanks
You might be drinking too much caffein. I think a little coffee could help, but youre drinking a lot. That could be an issue. Moderate intake if any is always recommended.
Yes I have thought of this. Haha I am very addicted to it.
Tabacco too
I have tried to quit cold turkey many times ( coffee ) But then I start drinking a lot again.
I may try to reduce. Only coffee and no energy drinks
Be careful, thats a ton of caffeine.
That would be a good start. Can you try setting an alarm for 13 hrs at first and every week try to sleep an hr less. And also go to bed earlier than 1am?
I have now set an alarm for 11 am.
I will go to the psychtrist place. To ask for a blood test, and to see what is the issue
Yes, psychiatrist is who will help. I have slept 14 hrs before but not for extended period of time.
Yes I can see that sleeping to much really can become a problem. In my case I sleep 6 - 8 hours with 3 breaks each night. This is just as bad as sleeping to much and affects my mood very badly. I hope for you that your sleep issues will be solved real soon.
