I want to stop seeing my dad but my mom lets him come at her home no matter if I say I don’t want to
Other people of my family I live with are making me feel bad too like my bro that keeps talking about my tummy
I planned to move out but my plans aren’t going well so it’s kinda postponed
I think not seeing my family for a while would already help me feel better
My bro goes in Japan soon for a couple of months
I said to my mom I will cut ties with her if she forces me to see my dad again,maybe she will understand and will not let him come back till I’m at her home
Seeing my dad makes me so irritated, it’s a red flag seeing him is not good for my mental health

I had to tell my family that I would stop speaking to them if they continued to speak to my ex. My mom used to talk to him on the phone, she and he sold my car without my permission and they kept the money, they planned things behind my back that affected me without my input. It drove me crazy! So I said you can either gain him and lose me, or keep me and lose him. My family cut ties with him but my mom still speaks highly of him even though he was very abusive.
I agree with cutting ties with your mom if she continues to force you to see your dad if you don’t want to see him. I just hope it doesn’t have to be permanent. I’m hoping she’ll stop once she realizes his serious you are.

Yes, honestly it would hurt me to cut ties with my mom because I’m close of her(I watch series, work out, go to events with her)
But she does things that make me unhappy
