I was really happy reading it and I started to do things like calling my friends once a week, working out almost every day
But there are things that make me happy I don’t do often like reading, watching anime and I still didn’t crochet because I’m always thinking I don’t have time
It makes me stressed and irritated seeing my dad but my family doesn’t care and I’m at my dad’s home now and I feel unhappy, I wanted to stay at my mom’s home but I was scared being alone(last time I stayed alone I hallucinated badly and I was scared sleeping)
I’m hurt all the time by my family, I just want people to let me alone
All I do all day recently is watching Miraculous things to try to make me feel better and watching whimsical things like outfits to crochet
When I express my anger they’re dismissive and agressive while my dad tried to force me to date a pedo
Keep doing the activities you love… And at least you still have your parents, there is a saying in my culture, literally means “Father and son do not hold grudges overnight”.
You could try playing analogue games. For example if you get a deck of cards there are many solitaire games you can play. If you don’t know any you can learn about them online.
Wanting to be happier is okay, but happy is kind of an elevated mood. I myself try for contentment. Just feeling you have and are doing everything you need to do. If there are endless wants for you on the horizon then happiness will just be temporary until you achieve the next thing.
Give yourself purpose. Like a role. In the case of your father, he sounds like an enemy tbh. You’re not into guys are you? So he’s disregarding your preferences hugely here.
As for purposes, consider forcing the crocheting more. I know it sounds bad, but tell yourself I want to make so and so by such and such time. It would give you purpose and a deadline.
Like the Rolling Stones said, “You can’t always get what you want”. But they also said “If you try sometimes, you might just find, you get what you need.” And I want a 32 inch waist but I don’t see that happening anytime soon.
I don’t have a magic solution to unhappiness. I do know I used to be absolutely miserable in life. I had to make some very difficult and uncomfortable changes in my life to make it better. I did, and I so much happier now.
