Theres more costs to parenting than that
Perks of parenting is more fulfilling life, unconditional love, carers in old age possibly
Children are super cute
They make you laugh and smile and feel good about the future.
Yea the nursery is expensive
I like the way they talk ![]()
But they also grow up.
@Ish that is the challenging part.
When they grow up hopefully you have a good relationship and can rely on them
not just financial tho
stress, worry, time, responsibility, missing out on carefree life
I think it might be fun. They can be like my best friends along wit my bf.
I do understand it requires a lot of work.
Without children i feel a bit empty.
My bf said we can get pets but pets are not children
Anyway, i am not sure about it all
Up to you. Generally a person needs to be able to support themselves adequately before they can have kids. Not always, there’s always social assistance, but personally living on social assistance I choose not to pursue children. Theres always an instinct calling out for it but im not so interested in it.
Ask stork maybe it will bring you
The way it is with most people these days is that they dont want to have kids while they are young, so they put it off until they are older. THen when they get older they realize it wouldve been easier for them to have them when they were young. Both in the practical sense and that they would have had more energy to deal with them.
At least that is the case for a lot of people in my country.
Ah these little DNA packages are expensive and take a lot of you. Totally worth it for all the memories and bond you have with them though.
Would be nice to pass my genes on
Hopefully the good ones!
You start this threads about children a lot. Can you talk to someone irl who could give advice ,parents ,therapist,dr…
Don’t beat yourself one day with your decision … child or not…
