Just approaching the little things in life, it does ring me joy focusing on my food and small things like getting a parcel.

I do a daily meditation practice and have seen small improvements too. Starting this week im doing 5 sets a day
Morning gratitude 2 min
Humility 15min
Impermanence/no self 30 min
Compassion 15min
5 remembrance 5 min

Me mostly as well. Currently too mindful of past due parcels, so Iām grumpy. Need to work on that I suppose.
