Thinking im.doing too much sometimes.and burnout. Need to step back from games . I start reading book

It’s hard. The body demands things. Like getting uneasy if I just sit still in the daytime. We are made to be in activity I guess.

I try to have a routine to go out for a walk every day, but sometimes the motivation fails and it becomes a bad day. Just got to make better routines and push harder. Easier said than done, but I won’t give up.
