My phone came yesterday but the box looks a little old and a few dents around the edges. And I contacted them about it because they didn’t even send the item in a box but in a plastic bag. I said it wouldn’t be ideal if I were to give that as a gift or sell it. I asked for a partial refund if they don’t obviously I want the phone replaced.

I got the oppo find x9 pro. I still have 2 weeks to return it. it’s really an amazing phone. it did come with the phone box but the box was inside a bag instead of another box so got dented.

did you get a deal on it? maybe thats why… some businesses might buy wholesale items with damaged boxes or something and resell them for a bit less.

it cost me £929 so while it was supposed to be £170 off, its still £929 and that is still an expensive devise. At the end of the day I also paid for the box itself.

sure, not saying you dont deserve a good box… maybe return it if youre not happy or something… just saying. thats how some peopple make money. discounted 9/10 items.

it sounds silly but if its that dented they probably didn’t look after the box and it could have been damaged internally who knows. I got insurance though so if anything goes wrong they can fix it… but its still not how they should be packing.
