The problem is that you’re throwing poop uphill and it always comes back down when you fight with these folks. Gravity works against you even when you’re in the right. Please be cautious.

Well I canceled my depot because I have been very unwell. I was supposed to have it yesterday.
Clearly she could tell on the phone I wasn’t well as I sound ■■■■■■■ awful.
10 mins later she rang back and had the audacity to ask if I was falling asleep while watching my youngest son.
I find this very poor taste and classless. No I have not been falling asleep and what if I had ? What then ? Would she have called chile protection ?
She isn’t the first to act like this and she won’t be the last. So they can sod off. I’m switching the depot now to pills. Want nothing more to do with them. They aren’t coming back to my house cos none of them are fit to be around my kids.

Just please be careful about throwing poop uphill at her. Suggest writing thoughts out with pen and paper until you can express them without all the #$%& thrown in.

I did message my support worker who is on her team. I just said “hi need to cancel next weeks walk as I’m no longer under CMHT” she replied about 20 mins ago “ok thanks for letting me know” so I’m guessing it’s been discussed and they will write me a prescription for pill form aripiprazole.

In case you need to hear it right now, I think you’re a great mom and a wonderful person. You’ve shown you can make the toughest decisions for your kids when needed and that counts a lot. Wish my own mom had been more like you.

How ridiculous are they? As if you’re not allowed to sleep or have a nap just because you got children. Silly fcukers. Im sorry that happened to you. Atleast its spurred a “pills over depot” approach. But then again, you should not be harassed. You are allowed to be under the weather, particularly in this current season. It just sounds like someone didn’t want to write more than a sentence in the notes, and got dicky about it. Typical!

Ultimately you are right. But had many a disagreement with them before, usually over blood tests. Spoke to me like absolute crap in my own home.

Well. Started my menstrual cycle yesterday which could have contributed to my intense feelings.
Still though I am going to stick with my plan to go on pills. Trust is hard to earn. And it’s easily lost. And I feel this is the case.
