I have voices too these days and they are annoying. But i am hoping that the med adjustment will help

My biggest fear is medication resistance.

Anyway, maybe try to get a little more sleep if it is possible

Or try to find something little you might like to do, like getting your fingernails done

Or buying a new plant for the bedroom
