What celebrity death dramatized u the most??? I’d have to go with Owen Hart.. the day after he died I walked to 7-11 for my dad to get the newspaper and he was on the cover of it.. couldn’t sleep right or stop thinking bout him.. still bothers me and he died in may 1999 I was in grade 5
Princess Diana, I was a kid and we got home and we’re gonna watch the X-files and her death was all over the tv
I was 9 when princess Diana died.. I just remember my foster mom crying and so many other people it bothered
Selena. I was fourteen and we were watching news. The newscaster said breaking news selena has been pronounced dead at 1:05pm.
I read at the time that she wanted to start a family. Her career was booming. She was 23. Just a sad day.
I seen movie that kinda bothered me too especially when your like 12 watching the movie
Sorry I didnt mean to say kinda cause it bummed me out big time sorey
She would be huuuge famous by now
John Lennon, I couldn’t believe anyone could murder a Beatle.
I wasn’t traumatized by George Foreman’s death but it made me sadder than almost any other celebrity death. He had such a great story, in his youth when he won the heavyweight title he was this mean, sullen monster who destroyed everyone he faced in the ring.
Then he lost to Ali and then a couple of other fighters and retired young and became an evangelist and then he made a comeback in his forties and he was a changed man. Now he was genial and funny but still strong and a good fighter and regained the heavyweight title at age 45.
I didn’t watch him much in his comeback but I watched his fights later and saw a bunch of his interviews and he was really a nice, warm guy with a great sense of humor. He was a big, strong guy but every time you saw him he was smiling and positive. He made a great turnaround from his youth.
Unfortunately there’s been many, but a celebrity death that hit me hard was the death of George Michael. I think his death stood out to me because he died on Christmas Day, and I learned the news from a friend at a Christmas party.
George Michael was about my age and I did (still do) love his music. It was common knowledge that he was gay, but he didn’t come out of the closet until that bathroom incident in Los Angeles.
I think his religious upbringing coupled with pressure from the music industry made it difficult for him to come out, which I think played a major role in his drinking so much.
I believe if George Michael came out earlier in his career, like Ricky Martin did, he would still be with us. Sad.
Kurt Cobain
His death (suicide) rattled me.
I was a big Nirvana fan at the time during the 90s.
When I first found out about his death I remember crying so much.
I was sitting in the kitchen at my childhood home when I got the news over the television
My wife was with me at the time.
She was also shocked
Steve Irwin. Everyone in Aus was sad about him dying. He was like a national treasure of a person for us.
Also the Linkin Park singer dying from suicide was kinda gnarly for me. I loved thier music heaps as a kid. Hybrid theory was the goat as they say.
Dolores O’Riordan of the Cranberries I have thougt about every now and then. She was only like 46 I think.
Drowned in the bathtub, ruled as a accident. Apparently she had been having some alcohol and fell asleep while taking a bath.
