"Loading" a symptom

I am a symptom loader. When I guard my mind for to have no symptoms, then that’s when they actually appear even more of I think. Might try to not block anything, maybe it is a better method?

I think I have a similar problem because when I don’t think of my voices or radio in my head they don’t bother me but when I think of them then they come.

In a nutshell: my illness is making me to have symptoms like unwanted thoughts, visions or emotions. And because I don’t like them, I try to not let em appearing, but I was wondering if having control over my mind like that is even worse as an endresult.

The route I’ve taken has led to the development of a state of mind. In the context of the voices. I don’t have the ability to control the voices. I can’t turn them on and off but I can respond as positively as possible in any given moment. I don’t exactly understand how I achieved it though. A lot of it has to do with friends elevating my spirit by communicating to me that I don’t have to worry so much.

Might give it a try to not give every symptom a response. But then there’s a “radio” and a “body capture” phenomenons which are also part of my illness.
