Also I will add I’m currently doing 3 walks a day to and fro to the school dropping off and picking up my sons. So this could also have contributed.

I absolutely 100% agree! The initial 10 pounds at your starting weight could have been water weight, so make sure you’re drinking enough water. But the rest of that weight might be muscle. Not good. I agree with the steps recommended here

I have ordered some new scales which arrive today just incase the ones I were using were wrong. If it’s correct I shall be ringing the doctor.

Ok so it was a false alarm. I have lost weight but not what I thought. I’ve lost 3.5kg which is about 6 pounds.
I’m still on a very low dose of weight loss med so this sounds about right. Something must have been wrong with the other scales.
