I had my pdoc appointment this morning. He agreed to lower my seroquel from 400mg to 300mg. I hope to get off it completely in a couple months. The only reason I’m on it in the first place is I used to get agitated from my neighbor bugging me but now I don’t get worked up anymore. I accepted that my neighbor is an as*hole who is going to try and intimidate me and I still get mad but I don’t drive myself crazy over it anymore. I just have to self- monitor my sleep and see if I can still sleep well with the lower dose.

My old apartment was on 3rd floor and the guy below me was a a**hole everytime I dropped something or do basically anything he would scream thru the floor. he came to my door 3 or 4 times saying really ignorant stuff. I never disliked somebody so much in my life. Once I dropped my tablet on the floor and he started screaming

You know nick I was down!to 300 mg Seroquel for some days. But I started doubting that this dose could keep me immune to alcohol. So today I raised my Seroquel tó 2 x 200 mg besides I had my injection yesterday. Both meds are very calming and quieting so I realest feel pleasant on those two meds.
