Who has taken or is taking Cobenfy and Cariprazine? How effective are these drugs in practice?

Cobenfy made me really sick I’m getting off of it currently

I am using Cariprazine and it keeps positive symptoms in control, but really doesn’t help with negative symptoms. It can cause akathisia and insomnia too, but maybe has a better side-effect profile in general. These meds are just random how they work on each and every individual in my experience.

I got off Cobenfy cuz of the GI issues it gave me…I’m now on clozapine.
