My son has tonsillitis

Just had him to the drs. Thankfully they were able to give me the antibiotics cos no pharmacy is open at this time on Sunday.

That’s good that you were able to get him on an antibiotic right away. He should be feeling better real soon now.

I had often.Thats why my parents decided to go to operation.

In surgery they gave me halothane anaesthesia.

Worst thing that happened me in life.

Ps: Inhaling that stuff is worst.

Unfortunately it’s worse than that @Jimbob it’s like a red one and it looks disgusting. Haha he hates it

Having a rough night with him. Just gone 2am.

Oh is it the aniseed flavour? That one is horrible. You guys will have to cozy in and do some recovering.

Is he allowed ibuprofen or paracetamol?

I’m giving calpol every few hours. It’s keeping his temperature down @Jimbob

Not sure what flavour the antibiotic is. He spat it in my face and I licked it and it tasted of no flavour at all. Poor guy.

Is horrible isn’t it. Distressing for himself and yourself. Kids are tough as old boots though and I suppose getting bugs is what kids are supposed to do - get them in childhood and build up their immune system?

Exactly. He just started nursery (though won’t be going for a few days) so I expect alot more bugs to come.
