My doctor is trying to switch me to cobenfy but whenever I lower my paliperidone I become psychotic it’s like I’m stuck on it

Paliperidone is known for causing psychotic rebounding. Most aps do, but paliperidone is one of the really effective drugs at ensuring compliance because you become hopelessly psychotic when you stop treatment

the only thing i could guess at is replace your invega with risperidone then taper the risperidone

hate to say no pain no gain, but if you wernt psychotic you should consider it
