On eliminating gluten from your diet

Unless you have a gluten allergy or celiac disease or are sensitive to wheat it’s totally unnecessary. Eliminating gluten has no health benefits unless you have those problems. Plus, often gluten-free food products are tasteless so the manufacturers add extra sugar and fat which makes them unhealthy.

My brothers girlfriend has Celiac’s

She has to avoid Gluten but I agree it’s not necessary to avoid gluten if you don’t have Celiac’s or a true gluten allergy.
