Just started getting used to it

They have an app where you take a picture of your food and then AI recognises it and records calories

It also checks mood

Seems to be very good

They claim a third of people who do this don’t go on to getting full diabetes

There is a health coach in the chat I can talk to as well

So far nothing major has come up from what I eat

My problem is snacking

I need a lot of energy sometimes at work or studying
